About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. As a Clinic Lead, you will be responsible for managing the clinic staff, monitoring patient flow, and ensuring that all clinic policies and procedures are followed.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the front desk, managing the scheduling of appointments, coordinating patient care, and ensuring that all patient records and files are properly maintained. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of leadership in a healthcare setting.
We offer flexible schedules with the possibility of day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. This position is available for full-time employment, and remote work is not available for this position.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Understanding of healthcare regulations and policies, including privacy and confidentiality laws
Knowledge of medical office procedures and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
Ability to manage staff, monitor patient flow, and ensure that clinic policies and procedures are followed
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
Understanding of budgeting and financial management
Ability to work collaboratively with other medical professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
