About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic(s), ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, with a passion for leading and managing a team, with a focus on creating a positive and productive work environment. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinic's staff, optimizing processes, and enhancing the patient experience.

Key responsibilities include monitoring patient flow, overseeing staff training and development, managing vendor relationships, analyzing performance metrics, developing, and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that our clinic operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and a track record of success in a healthcare management role.

In addition, the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Our ideal candidate should have experience in financial management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer flexible schedules with the possibility of day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. This position is available for full-time employment, and remote work is not available for this position.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a management or leadership role

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies, including privacy and confidentiality laws

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, develop and implement policies and procedures, and optimize clinic processes

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other medical professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
