FAQ
-
HOW LONG IS THE TYPICAL WAIT TIME BEFORE A PHYSICIAN WILL SEE ME?Usually none. But wait times can be unpredictable and vary due to a number of factors, including time of day, number of staff on hand, and busy seasons, such as cold and flu. Though we try to balance patient wait times with level of care once you're in the exam room, sometimes waits can seem longer than usual. To make your visit more comfortable, bring some reading material or a mobile device to take advantage of our free Wifi. Better yet, book your appointment in advance.

I'M NEW TO THE AREA. DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL TO ACCESS THE CLINIC SERVICES?Cure MD is a walk-in medical clinic, open to everyone in need of our team of physicians and specialty services. If it is your first time visiting one of our locations, we will ask at reception for the name of your previous physician. This is in order to retrieve your patient history, allowing us to provide the best level of care possible. If you are unsure of this information or haven't been treated by another physician previously, we will create a new patient care file for you. When seeking an appointment with one of our specialists such as psychiatry or internal medicine, it is best to be referred by your family practitioner. If this is not possible we make every effort to gather your previous history, so you can be assessed and referred by one of our in-house GPs.
-
